Some of these--in retrospect--seem rather inappropriate for kids. My mom was rather liberal, I guess. Or else she just had no idea which movies we were watching over and over...
7) Romancing the Stone
6) The Sure Thing (John Cusak at his best... many great one-liners)
5) The Three Amigos (again... the one-liners)
4) The Princess Bride
3) Labyrinth
2) The Dark Crystal
1) The Never Ending Story
Honorable mentions: E.T., Sheena: Queen of the Jungle, Tron

Top 7 Things I Must Do Everyday (or suffer bad JuJu)
7) Q-tip my ears
6) Wear make-up... at least foundation, blush, and mascara
5) Make my bed (yep, every single day)
4) Check my email
3) Check my blog traffic stats
2) Write a blog post
1) check email and stats... again!
If these things are not done everyday, I am not right in the head for 24 hours. If not done, I may also: offend people, make dumb decisions, crash my car, wonder if people hate me, and/or not be able to hear very well out of one or both ears.
Some things MUST be done.

Top 7 Movie Character Crushes
I realize that actors are mere people. Most of them are alcoholics or self-absorbed psychos with lots of baggage. Therefore, I don't really have any "movie star" crushes. Rather, I have crushes on the characters... much easier to keep up the fantasy when the people are fake. They are:
7) Robbie Hart in The Wedding Singer
6) Jake in Sweet Home Alabama
5) Darcy in Pride and Prejudice (LDS version, 2003)
4) Darcy in Pride and Prejudice (2005)
3) Mal in Serenity
2) Aragorn in The Lord of the Rings trilogy
1) Frank Martin in The Transporter movies
Yeah, I have an ecelctic taste in heros. Apparently I like men with some scruffy facial hair, some musical ability, and lots of martial arts (or general fighting) skills... who say sarcastic things, possibly in an English, southern, cowboy, or Middle-Earth accent.
ps- Jon is a combination of all of these men.

Top 7 Songs for Working Through a Bad Mood
Played in the following order, these songs are (almost) guaranteed to relieve a crappy mood. It worked for me today.
7) Stranglehold by Ted Nugent
6) Stranglehold by Ted Nugent (yeah, you have to play it twice in a row... at 120 decibels)
5) Sleep to Dream by Fiona Apple
4) Shadow Boxer by Fiona Apple
3) There She Goes by The La's
2) Snow on the Sahara by Anggun
1) Hit Me Baby One More Time by Britney Spears
Yeah, some of these are indeed embarrassing picks. I suggest taking a long-ish drive on the freeway and blasting the radio. I didn't say they were the coolest songs in the world. But it is the perfect progression to go from "Bite Me" to "Ahhhh...."
